Fact Check: People Are NOT Being Covertly Vaccinated With Ultrasound To Transform Them Into Bio-Robots Ungrounded

Is it true that people are being secretly vaccinated with ultrasound to turn them into bio-robots? No, it's not true: Ultrasound is being studied for vaccine delivery, but it's not standard practice and isn't used for secret vaccinations. Some vaccines use nanoparticles as a delivery system but there is no scientific basis for remotely controlling people via vaccines.

The claim appeared in a video (archived here) on TikTok on February 19, 2024 under the title (translated from Bulgarian to English by Lead Stories staff) "ATTENTION They are using ultrasound to vaccinate us and turn us into bio-robots." In a summary, the narrator says (as translated):

They vaccinate people with ultrasound without using injections, because the skin is very permeable and through ultrasound, the amount of vaccine can be much less than the amount of vaccine that is injected into the body. They are trying to vaccinate people in every way with nanoparticles that can affect them from a distance and turn them into bio-robots.

This is what the post looked like on TikTok at the time of writing:

The false claim that people are being secretly vaccinated with ultrasound to turn them into bio-robots has been circulating on social media (archived here and here), including this example (archived here) on Facebook on February 19, 2024, with the caption (as translated):

PFIZER IS A KEY PLAYER IN DEVELOPING NEEDLE-FREE TECHNOLOGIES so they can vaccinate you without you even understanding what they're doing...

The claim is not supported by any scientific evidence. While ultrasound is being researched as a potential method (archived here) for delivering vaccines, it is not currently a standard practice. It's still in the experimental stage (archived here) and aims to make the process less painful, not to control individuals.

Some vaccines do use nanoparticles (archived here) to deliver the vaccine's active ingredients into the body. However, these nanoparticles are simply a delivery mechanism (archived here) and do not have the ability to control people or turn them into bio-robots. There is no technology or scientific evidence that supports the idea of remotely controlling people through vaccines or any other means.
